Commissioned works for Australian Open 2015 The project was to design and create a range of hanging ‘Vine’ using a series of Macrame knots. The project vision was lead by Chard International who I worked closely with in taking this idea from concept into reality. Creating a room into a ‘Interior space’ is what I love. This space become a wonderland garden of hanging vines that drape, connect and twist, much like the natural characteristic of a vine

Working with ‘ Antler Creative ‘ to create two large wall hanging macramé pieces. Both piece were 6 feet wide by 11 feel long using cotton sash cord 8mm thick. The brief was to create two similar designs that would be used for window display. It was especially important the piece was made of cotton to signify Levis use of cotton in their fashion line. This was an exciting and fantastic opportunity!

It’s always a pleasure being able to work on custom pieces, so when I was asked to do this piece for a client in Brooklyn, New York, I was thrilled with the opportunity. The clients Chris Corrado and Jenny Kaplan have an amazing eye for detail as well as a distinct taste for bold and unique pieces that are beautiful. The brief was a create a piece for their main bedroom that would sit above the bed as a headboard.
